As close to the piste lifts as you can get. Rooms adequate but great view from the balcony. Found the staff very helpful whatever the problem and they worked hard. Food was very good but would prefer the buffet to a la carte. Would use this hotel again if we go to the resort.

Having read previous reviews things must have changed dramatically at the hotel. We stayed in February 2012 and found the staff very helpful and friendly, the food is excellant !!. Great holiday, throughly enjoyed it, will go with Neilson again.
