Where do i begin. . . . . Well on the day we flew out we could not get in touch with anyone regarding our keys we tried the number given which goes through to a fax machine and sent e mails as they had asked us to get in touch because no one would be there when we arrive. So we arrived 2 children in tow at midnight not knowing weather or not we would indeed be able to get in. Upon arrival we found a note on the front door with the access code to the building and our room door open with keys inside. (still very suprised no one else had let them selves in) The room was very very basic and dirty, black skirting boards, fluff clung to the dirty walls, stained toilet, splashes of food up the walls around the hobs and an aroma im still not sure what it was. We found plastic bags with our laundered stained bed linen in, towels not supplied (extra charge) blankets in the cupboard were tatty with other peoples hair stuck to them.
