Had to fork out £350 of hidden charges even though we had already booked through Crystal Ski. Part of this was for sheets for the bed! Stayed here for a week from 9-16 April 2011. On arriving, reception were efficient and we were in our room quick. We arrived and after queuing more than 1 hour we learned that everything was extra here. Towels, bed linen, TV, Wifi - you can easily pay up to €200-300 for quite basic things.
