We ski in La Clusaz every year and have stayed in different hotels. Alp hotel is in a convenient location, although it isnt really a ski in ski out hotel. This didnt pose a problem. The rooms are crying out for refurbishment, however the great food and genuinely helpful staff make up for this.

Visited the Alp'Hotel in September when most places were shut, so no real choice. We were very pleasantly surprised by the charming friendly staff,. Our room although large, with south-facing balcony was clean but in need of some refurb work, as was the bathroom.However the saving grace was the food.
