2nd time we have stayed at the Beaulieu. It's a great hotel if you don't want to spend a fortune on accommodation. Rooms are small but comfortable, clean etc. Bit of a trek up the hill from the lifts etc. but not too bad. Recommend hiring skis from a shop that lets you leave skis/boots overnight. We have used SkiSet... More

Group of 6 lads for a 4 night stay and the Beaulieu was ideal. This place is not 5 star, but it does not clim to be. Very deserving of the 2 stars it has. Rooms are clean, showers hot and the breakfast perfectly adequate. The pool in the hotel next door is a welcome bonus. Staff were very helpful... More

My party of four men booked for a short ski break. Hotel is really a B&B. Rooms are very small but comfortable and beds were fine. No bath but a wet room which was clean, warm and the shower was good. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. We were advised 5 minute walk to main ski lifts. Actually about 10 minutes and... More

Spent 4 days here last week.A wonderful hotel.Clean and cosy.Perfectly placed for all activities in La Clusaz. Our room was just right and had a balcony which gives you a stunning view of the mountains. Our package included a free breakfast, buffet style next door at the Hotel Carlina. Well worth the extra charge. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Can't... More

This hotel took my grip for a long weekend - not an easy thing to find, so hats off to them. Pleasant enough place, very friendly & helpful. Pretty clean & tidy. A bit of a walk from the slopes, perhaps 10 minutes. You can use the swimming pool in the hotel next door. The town itself is pretty &... More

We had a weekend break in January. 0nly an hour from Geneva so we were on the slopes by 11.30am after getting the first flight out. Hotel is is great quality for a 2 star clean and tidy. Rooms a re small but good for a weekend break. Only down side is a small walk up hill after a hard... More

Stayed at Beaulieu Hotel with a group this weekend. Fantastic little hotel, beautifully decorated, with friendly staff. The rooms were a good size, and well maintained, with a lovely bathroom (lovely hot showers - perfect after a day of skiing!) and our rooms all had a great mountain view. It's about a 10 minute walk from the slopes, but a... More

The hotel is at the top of the village but not a bad walk if you use the ski hire shop in town for storage. Hotel is pleasant but lacks management. Service at dinner is chaotic and the staff at times spear cluelesss, quite amusing to watch especailly as French service at dinner is usually perfect. Also only one choice... More

We booked two rooms, one south facing for my husband and I plus a standard room for our children. The south facing rooms are worth the extra cost, they are bigger and have a great view of the slopes as well as having a balcony. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, they spoke better English than my French. Breakfast was... More

We went to La Clusaz for a long weekend skiing and it was an excellent resort for this, as it is only about 50 mins from Geneva airport. Having arrived on an early flight we were skiing by 1pm. The hotel is located just above the village and it is about 5-10 mins walk down to the square. We didn't... More
