The food was great, freshly cooked 3 courses every night, fresh cake for afternoon tea, breakfast was reasonable, cereal options with one or two hot choices. The staff were all early twenties except the supervisor but they were attentive and brilliant all day. Rooms cleaned daily, towels change once. Free wine whilst main meal is being served. Eat slow drink... More

We stayed here in Feb half term week and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of it. The location close to the lift to the base of the slopes is excellent. The staff could not have been better, really friendly and went out of their way to help us. The food was excellent and the views from the balcony perfect. The rooms... More

Went as a group of six, hotel has a great location with a good bar in the basement, food was good, plenty of wine all the staff were nice..rooms were of a good size..all in all very good stay, only fault was the ski lockers trying to get 3 pairs of skis and a snowboard in was impossible.

Amazing value. Friendly staff. More than happy to accommodate. I have an allergy to wheat and gluten and every night I was served a separate 3 course meal, every afternoon they accommodated my needs by cooking me a fresh cake with my afternoon tea. Really impressed with the time and effort gone to to cater for my diatry requirements. Close... More

I always say, you get what you pay for; but in this case, I felt we got more! Chalet Le Bruyeres is not a luxury chalet, it doesn't claim to be. It is what it is, a perfectly decent, clean, warm and well run chalet. The food was much appreciated after a day on the piste, I found the portions... More

Firstly Alpe d'Heuz is not the place to go if you are looking for a lively apres ski scene. The Chalet is well located, although not ski in-ski out it is just a short walk, either up hill or down hill to a ski lift. The hotel has three floors, I was on the top (eves room) which was quiet,... More

A great location situated very close to the lifts, and ski hire shops. Above a lively bar, which always had a good atmosphere. The bar can be loud at night, but from the 2nd floor and after a day on the slopes nothing that disturbed sleep. The boot room in small, and you have to share lockers with another room,... More

We have just returned from a week at Les Bruyeres and had a great time. The staff are fantastic, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Food was good and the packed lunches are great value - the wine flowed freely and was very drinkable. Rooms are basic but they are clean, warm and there is... More

A great central location with easy access to the ski hire shop and lifts. You can even ski down the road to the lifts if the police aren't in the area! Staff are very friendly and always available to lend a hand. Rooms are basic but clean and with a great shower. We hit lucky and had a balcony overlooking... More

The staff really grafted and were lovely withbCrystal ski! Whizz kids made the holiday for my son who did half days with them at the hotel across the road - so perfect location! 5 mins walk to main lifts and bar in cellar was a bonus - the sphere bar! The bar in the Hermitage across the road is cheaper... More
