The staff at the resort, especially in the bar and surrounding areas were very friendly, for example Thomas and Joel. They made the evenings fun. For teenagers over the age of 16, there isn't much to do apart from the go to the gym or drink, however further afield in the town there are pubs and clubs and other activities... More

Between 3 families, we've been skiing at 6 different Club Med resorts, this is the worst one! Never again! Very tired, needs a massive "face lift"! Service was poor: no piste maps on the first day, kept running out of food at dinner time, even after only an hour of service. Not enough seating in lounge area, we had to... More

We visited Alpe Duez in January 18 for one week and it was really great vacation. Club med as always showed high level service, we loved the food and the appartment was more than the satisfactory for ski vacation. The only small things in appartment if heating batteries would be bigger it would be more convenient. The staff was very... More

Just returned from Club Med L'Alpe d'Huez, what an experience!!!, we went a family of 4 2 adults and 2 little girls, everything was perfect, from the welcoming at the airport until the good bye on departure, this was my first experience on Club Med and was simple amazing. The slopes are fun, the ski was wonderful, the ESF tutors were professional. But ... the service was poor, the food was disappointing, and the place was over-crowded to the level of strong discomfort (think of a subway train). This club was much less fun than other places we, so I definitely do not recommend. A major factor was that our... More

Amazing ski school- for adults and kids alike. (If you are an adult, and you got Jean Diet- he is amazing- guide and person) Amazing activities for the kids. You put them in the mini club at 830 am, you go skiing, you pick them up at 5pm, then they want to have dinner with the group at 7pm, and... More

As usual the Clubmed staff were excellent. In the bar the beer was off for two days, with a shrug of the shoulders and a ‘‘Technical problems'' as a reason why. The boot room was ok, more spacious than many. The lunchtimes were a bit low key for Clubmed but that wasnt a big deal. The dining experince was somewhat... More

do you know the clubbed logo with the pitchfork? in years to come the pitchfork stood for 3 stars, and better and newer clubs offered some 4 star floors and 5 star accommodations, chalets and what not... we have been to most of them but it was a long while since we have revisited a club that was not renovated... This was a different skiing holiday for us, 900 people in a hotel, all inclusive (alcohol as well). Resaurant was canteen style but the food was very good with plenty of choice. Hotel was genuine ski in/ski out The vast majority of the guests were either French or Belgian and there were a lot of under 11's and I understand... More
