Stayed in Feb 15 half term (me and 14 year old son). Good location - 50m walk (slightly inclined) to the ski tracks, then 50m ski to the nearest lift - which is a slow 2 man chair (15 min queues for first lift of the day) taking you up through the pine forest to Signal. You could easily find... More

We recently spent 5 nights in this hotel. The views are amazing and ever changing. We felt so comfortable in our rooms, the chill lounge and bar and on the terrace. Sophie, manager, is a superstar. She made recommendations for great meals, anticipated our activities and provided us with all the information we needed. Nothing was too much. We were in... More

We stayed in this hotel in February for a Skiing Holiday. I can't give any more than 1 star as this hotel does supply hot water to its room from around 3:30pm- 6:30pm. After a long days skiing you need a hot shower and it completely my day not to be able to do this. On one of the days... More

Booked in the week of Tour de France, rooms were clean and comfy. I think it was reopened during the off season just for the tour. Staff were friendly and helpful, they assisted to making bookings for a Paraglide that I also recommend. Hotel close to all amenities and within easy walk of restaurants, shops and bars.

We stayed here on the day the La Marmotte cycle race took part to see our daughter ride. The staff, especially Sophie were excellent and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy but without a balcony and a view of the side of the building. However, the room didn't have a phone, television or air conditioning which was a... More

Great location with spectacular views from all the rooms each with South facing balcony. Modern spacious rooms. Set three course menu each evening, delicious. Friendly service and in the school holidays great fun for kids.

I really don't want to fault this place because I think it would be possibly the perfect place for families - and we had a great week regardless! Went with crystal so I'll include their side of things too. Transfers - as expected - took about 2 hours. Flights fine. Reps good. Price was great make sure you get a... More

If you're looking for a family orientated hotel with friendly staff and great rooms, look no further. Great value for money and great for families. We had an excellent time 7-14 Feb just before French half term. We didn't encounter any cold showers but admittedly were back by 1630 most days. Food for the adults is superb as was the... More

We stayed here during the last week of February and had a wonderful time. Heavy snow delayed our arrival but the staff had left out soups and bread for us. There is a ski rental store attached to the hotel, so we were able to collect our kit before breakfast on the first morning. The food in the restaurant was... More

Lovely big room, fantastic views from balcony, spotless. Food ok, sometimes odd Sweedish meals laced in vinegar. Staff in dinning area were brilliant and very accommodating with our little boy age 1. Kids club great we're Crystal staff and we used it a couple of mornings and he got his lunch and nap. Cost a bit extra but good value... More
