My partner was participating in La Marmotte, the temperature was soaring, the hotel was incredibly busy.... yet, the manager & staff couldn't be more welcoming & accomodating. Breakfast at 3am, including pasta on the morning of the race. A group of cyclists had locked their bikes in a hire van & lost the keys. The lovely manager M.Carlens, could not... More

Great hotel in a good ski to the door location, very easy access to great ski-ing. Not too far to the town and nightlife. Food was excellent as was the service. Boot room convenient and great views from the balconies, the bar and restaurant are smart but cosy. We were only here for the weekend but wished it had been... More

Booked as a surprise for my wife after the Alpe D'Huez Triathlon. Had a lovely welcome. Nothing was too much for them and they looked after a sweaty cyclist who was booking carrying his precious bicycle with no contempt. They would find out anything for you. Managed to get a masseur for post tri aching muscles which they arranged. Good... More

Stayed here during the Megavalanche VTT race. Had a great time, although didn't get to spend as much time in the hotel since the mountain biking in the area is so awesome. Shared a family suite with 2 other mates. The room was very very spacious. Didn't end up using the indoor pool so much as the outside weather was... More

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights to do some cycling. Jonathan at the front desk/manager was such an incredible help. The rest of his team were great as well.
