I stayed in this hotel from March 29th to April 5th in room 129 as the leader a of a group of 13 people. Let me start with the good aspects. The hotel is perfectly placed overlooking the town and the beautiful valley which lies beyond. There are two lifts within 20 meters of the ski room door which lead... More

My husband and I spent 6 nights there during hight sky season...Great location, welcoming staff, good food, lovely room, I`m surely going back! PS.: if you have a late arrival in Grenoble train station(which was our case), you have the option of taking a taxi(the taxi phone number can be found at the hotel`s web page), it will cost you... Long weekend skiing trip brought us back to Alpe Duez. Hotel location was easy to find and parking was outside the door. Greeting on arrival was super and we were made to feel very welcome. There was no "downstairs is this and that", no! We were given a tour of the hotel and where everything was. You can ski right... More

We had a terrific superior room with lovely south facing views over the village from the balcony, but what really made this a wonderful hotel were the staff - all so friendly, helpful and attentive. The food/wine/service in the restuarant was splendid and the coffeee in front of an open fire in the lounge that followed was relaxing - just... More

We stayed here as two couples in two rooms for three nights. The location is fantastic, it's right next to the gondola's come ski season and the pool is just opposite it too, which was in use while we were there. The staff were friendly and attentive, both at reception and in the dining area/bar. The wi-fi was free, but... More

This newly renovated hotel has everything you would need for a great ski vacation. First the staff, is so accommodating. The staff (even the cleaning crew) always greets you and asks if you need anything. The food at the restaurant is so delicious and not over priced. The chef had some wonderful creations and the presentation was impressive. We enjoyed... More

We got a good late season ski deal through Booking.com and felt we had good value. Sure, the hotel is a bit tired and shabby in places, but overall it was adequate for our needs. Most importantly it is well positioned near the slopes and skiing out to the ski locker door was possible even at Easter. The pool is... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in late June, before the rates shot up for the July/August season, and this hotel was an amazing value. Looking at the rates for the high seasons though, it seems pretty pricey, but given that it's right in the center of town and ski-in/ski-out, that's not surprising. The staff were very... More

Following the Tour de France we decided to stay on the mountain to see the finish stage. What a great atmosphere! With accommodation places all charging their maximum rates, it was over priced for sure but during the Tour I suppose they all do it. We had a family room over two levels. Superb views but no outdoor seating for... More

A good hotel with great restaurant staff very willing to help if a little disorganised. Spa not great and unusable during some of our weeks stay. Rooms basic and bathrooms need an update. Painting tiles and a new shower curtain doesn't cut it! But we weren't looking for luxury it's a base for skiing so was fine. Very noisy at... More
