3 of us stayed for just one night as a base for the ride up the famous 21 hairpin climb the next day. Juliette was very friendly on the phone when we booked and whilst there - and she recommended a great restaurant for our dinner....The room was large , clean and a great shower/bathroom. The bed was a bit... More

A group of five of us recently rented one of these apartments for a ski holiday; it had two double bedrooms and one (windowless) double bunk room. The kitchen and living area were perfectly adequate for relaxation; only having the one bath and one (separate) toilet was a bit of a drag but that's what you expect from a mid-range... More

We visited Alpe D'Huez on our motorbikes in Sept and this hotel was one of the only ones still open in low season. It has a great location in the middle of village/resort. Our bedroom had a balcony and was a nice clean and wood-cabin feel room. The breakfast area was clean and spacious and an OK choice (not as... More

Second stay here - this time for the Tour de France. Again, excellent and friendly staff and free buffet breakfast. Large room easily accommodated the 3 of us and the basement garage is fine for safely storing bikes. Will stay again

We broke tradition after staying in the same apartments for 6 years in Les Bergers on the trot and chose the apt in Les Olympiades, a separate apt complex at the top of the village. Sleeping 6 there was loads of room for the 5 of us. There was 3 separate bedrooms, a toilet, bathroom with washing machine and a... More

We did not stay in the hotel itself, but in one of the appartements they have in an appartements complex in the top part of the village. The complex itself was horribly ugly, typical french holiday complex from the 70ties, and in need of refurbishing. But the appartement was newly refurbished. It was quite small, but confortable for two adults... More

Very cozy and comfortable hotel with personal service. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and quite quiet. In a snowfall there are of course some machinery making noise. The hotel's breakfast is quite simple, but very tasty and at least enough selection for me. Distance to the rental shops and slopes is easily walkable, at least if you can leave... More

Chintzy, quaint, full of tat but absolutely lovely! The place is very cosy, very comfortable and just what you need after a day on the slopes. (Especially as out room had a jacuzzi bath!) Juliette, the owner, doesn't speak much English but is charming and sweet, if not a bit off her chuff! Her cooking is fabulous. This is probably... More

We stayed here it seemed to be a well run somewhat quaint hotel. The owner was very accomdating about our late arrival and would let us stayed late if required. Lots of odd collectables in the reception area - food seemed good and the prices reasonable. Room a bit noisy with the late night apres ski outside. However we did... More
