Quick 2 nights at the Dome visiting a daughter of a friend . Very friendly and helpful greeting - wifi connection offered immediately. Our 5th floor bedroom was fine,if a little tired, but had a great panoramic view of the resort from its balcony. The hotel ownership has been in the same family since the original property was built in... More

Hotel Le Dome provided a friendly, accommodating and attentive service in a clean and well located facility... and Nellie (our dog) loved staying here too. We couldn't have ask for more! We will be back!

After arriving to the Alps to do some cycling and to follow The Tour de France, my hotel and it's owners certainly make it home from home! Such a warm welcome, relaxed and friendly, Jacques and Lilly made me feel at home and could not have been nicer hosts. For the Englishman who loves his tea, they even gave me... More

Most comfortable beds, nice breakfast, friendly staff, very clean. The Hotel is right by the main ski area so effectively ski in - ski out. Would definitely recommend a stay here. We tried to book online though but every website said fully booked for the weekend we requested. On calling direct, there was plenty of space!

I visited the Alpe last week to see the Tour de France and do the Alpe d'Huez triathlon, so I spent two weeks at the hotel. It became my home and although the building is starting to feel it's era (the 70's), it is clean and has all the facilities you could need (in my case a small kitchenette, which... More

liked this hotel. we stayed for 4 nights in Jan 13, in one of the superior rooms. reasonably priced, and good. the hotel is right next to the pistes/main lifts (rare for Alpe D'Huez hotels) and the standard of the accommodation was nice. breakfast was typical of alpine hotels - bread, cheese, ham, yoghurts, decent coffee etc. hotel management were... We originally booked to stay at Hotel Les Grandes Rousses, but due to their ineptitude, they double booked us and we were transfered to Hotel le Dome for 1 night. The staff were friendly and professional, and although the decor throughout the hotel is dated, the room and bathroom were clean, the beds comfy, and the room was peaceful and... More
