Very good rood rooms, with more than enough closet storage. Clean and large bathroom and the beds are really really good! And also, really important, the staff is so nice, and I like the fact that they all speak English instead of french! The drinks in the hotel bar are really good and the bartender was really nice! :-)

We stayed as part of a Tour de France package and was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. We go skiing most years in France, so were expecting the no frills room, but it was huge room with a great view. The staff were all British and really helpful. This was a good basic hotel for our family skiing holiday. We were a party of five and had two rooms, a twin and a triple, opposite each other on the same floor. We booked the hotel through Crystal and it was well organised from the outset. Flying from Manchester we arrived at Grenoble where it was unorganized chaos for a small airport. We were a little concerned to read the previous review and can only feel sorry for that family. Fortunately our experience was more inline with the majority of other reviews. To reiterate previous comments the hotel fabric is showing signs of age, but no more than other French hotels of this age. This is fully compensated by the Crystal staff... More

Most of the reviews are spot on. We were in a group of around 20 people, adults and kids and we had a great time.
