Nice place, clean and friendly. Slightly tricky to find without a sat nav but driving, follow signs from airport to ferney as ferney voltaire never seemed to appear on signs. Easy drive to Cern and the airport and french supermarket nearby with good petrol price. Main drawback was that we discovered had we been in a geneva hotel we would... More

This is a typical motel, cheap with a free parking lot. If you get a room on the second floor, you have to carry your luggage by stairs. The ceiling on the second floor is sloped, so is the window. It might be romantic during a starry night, but in our case there was a thunderstorm. With the window lock... More

The location was nice; We were on a 12 hour transit between flights. Arrived at midnight. In the AM walked to the village for croissants, coffee and macarons at a cute open air market. We had booked a double bed plus 2 single beds for our two sons but the second bed was only a roll away tucked under the... More

If you have a car to move around, the place is even better than downtown Geneva. Modern and very clean, perhaps you will miss common spaces, but for 90 euros you only get to sleep in Ferney-Voltaire. Superb french croissants for breakfast. The village has a huge Carrefour supermarket too.

Campanile is a basic chain but this is a poor example. We were allocated a room at the back of an annex which was dingy with a musty, damp atmosphere and lots of mosquitoes flying around the entrance. On complaining they changed the room without any problem to the main building, but the first room should not be offered to... More

This is a very basic accomodation very close to Geneve and a good alternative to the high-priced hotels in Geneve. The rooms are clean, but the beds are not firm - they are obviously used. The breakfast is very basic - nothing too elaborate. The staff is very nice and polite. The location is a little off the beaten track... More

it was hard to find an hotel at the French site of Geneva Airport this time so we ended up in the Campanile, for around EUR 75/night. The hotel grounds are currently a construction site and it was hard to manouvre through all the building materials and bulders vans. The room was very, very small with a low ceiling making... More

We spent one night here thinking it was our best choice for an early morning flight from Geneva. Our room was small and gross. Dirty, bugs, smelly. And it is a 30 Euro taxi ride each way to get here. What we know now is that there is a 6-minute train from the central train station to the airport. Had... More
