Isolated, no Internet available at rooms and very bad service. Typical from this location (Divone/France); no customer service; any attention to customer needs... slow and bad service at reception. Breakfast starts late and no alternative provided..

Apartment was clean and tidy but blankets were grubby. Bar staff very nice but not being able to get access to room until 5 pm is a pain. Hotel seemed empty but receptionist told us they were very busy which was strange. Spa and restaurant looked nice

Writing this from my room, furious at having just been fleeced for a mediocre meal and wine, followed by the impression that, outside the overpriced restaraunt, there is only 1 member of staff. I requested an iron to be sent to my room - not the most demanding of requests and one I usually make in hotels and is normally... More

Comfortable few nights spent at the hotel. Rooms, clean and tidy. Could do with additional pillows but comfortable non the less. No trouser press or iron for business travellers in the room but one available from reception on request, personally prefer it to be there not walk around the hotel carrying it. Food in restaurant off a good standard.

I stayed here for five nights as part of a group of 40 people. We also used the conference facilities. The hotel building looks nice but once inside you discover very quickly there are many issues around maintenance and service. The bedroom I stayed in looked nice - it was large by European standards - but it smelled of smoke,... More

We stayed in this hotel for two nights in September and maybe we just weren't lucky and the hotel in fact isn't that bad as it was. The first morning I woke up freezing and there was no possibility to change room temperature and no extra blanket and no hot water in the shower. Great start of the day! Breakfast... More

Stinky rooms, abysmal breakfast: cold eggs, water coming out of juice dispenser, broken coffee, machine and no staff in sight! it looks more like a renovated military barracks complex. Totally overpriced. Never again! There is no lake view whatsoever

We stayed 2 weeks at one of their 2-br apartments. The apartment is very well maintained and comfortable. The surrounding area is nice too - lake is around 5-10min walk - you can jog around the lake in the morning. But WIFI connection is intermittent and there was at least two days without internet connection at all. Also, once their... More

Divonne-les-bains is a pretty little French town not much more than 15 minutes drive from Geneva. This hotel is rather better than its three stars may suggest: comfortable, clean rooms, properly heated and serviced. The television has the irritating hotel habit of returning to rubbish channels at the beginning of its cycle every time it is switched off and the... More

The hotel is primarily a conference centre, situated in a modern, low rise building on the edge of the village about a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. Our room was spacious and well designed, with a large bathroom and a view over the lake. While the comfort level is rated as 3 start, the facilities are better... More
