Our group of 23 skiers stayed for one week in February, and we cannot say enough about the front desk staff. Sid, Natasha, and all the receptionists went above and beyond their jobs to help and accommodate all visitors. When one of our group broke a prosthetic leg, Natasha heped with tools to repair it and even went to the... More

Stayed here at the beginning of March for a ski trip through Crystal. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly reception staff and even though it was midday got our room key. The room was really big inside, twin beds, desk, 2 chest of drawers, wardrobe and big bay window which game more space. TV had 1 UK Channel... More

Got back yesterday (2nd feb 2013) after a great weeks skiing with several friends in 3 valleys using the Hotel Amelie as our base. Hotel was very good generally. Booked through Crystal and got a good deal of £519 including flights from Newcastle! We shared a room with our daughter which was large and overlooked the stream/river. 3 single beds... More

I am not sure what the last review was on about as we have found the hotel to be absolutly fine. The decor is slightly dated but for less than a small fortune your going to find that everywhere. It is clean, warm and has a decent sized bar. The beds are a tad hard but after a hard day... More

We booked our stay in Amelie a few weeks before the start of our vacation. The pictures looked really nice, rooms seemed spacious. We arrived to the hotel and we were shocked to what extent the pictures did not match the reality. The furniture was old, there was almost no space in the rooms. The wifi wasn't working, the parking... More

3 friends and I stayed here at the end of February 2012. This is a comfortable hotel reasonably well run. Its location is good in the small and quiet village, where nothing much happens in the evening. The 25 minute old style bubble to Meribel was uncomfortable and slow. The rooms are spacious but have metal framed double glazing which... More

This place seems to suffer from exaggerated reviews - in both directions. I found it good in parts. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The river is very noisy but it's not an unpleasant noise that prevents sleep. There are computers in reception and in the lobby next to the bar with free internet access. Dinner was well presented with... More

I have to admit I booked this trip two days before I left, without looking at a single review as it was the only accommodation available in my price range and within the week I was able to travel....you could say I was a little nervous! I had absolutely no need to be! On arrival reception were pretty friendly and... More

We highly recommend this hotel, we have just spent Christmas again here on half board. Breakfast consists of cereals, bread, meat, preserves , cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, hot tomatoes and scrambled eggs. Also juices hot drinks etc. Dinner is superb and absolute compliments to the chef for his skill and desire to create beautiful tasty meals. The food is... More

Stayed at Hotel Amelie during a ski trip to Les Trois Vallees. Friendly, helpful staff and very safe. Felt at home in the hotel. Nice, spacious rooms and inexpensive. The bar and restaurant are very posh. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone travelling to Les Trois Vallees.
