We booked online thru Expedia and even spoke to a rep to ensure that the guaranteed late arrival was in effect and that they still had 24hrs check in. What a strange hotel! The hotel and room itself was great. Very clean, good, large space considering it's in Europe. Separate living room and bedroom areas. However, the kitchenette was very disappointing.
