Beautifully located by a marsh, with easy secure parking, pool, gardens, and only 10/15 mins walk into the village proper. Staff is superb! Some of the warmest and friendliest I have come across anywhere. Food in the restaurant is very good in the evening, however breakfast could be improved with wider variety and a slightly lower price (priced at 20... More

The perfect place to stay in Camargue! Excellent breakfast and dinner (a bit expensive). Walking distance to the village and beach. Great pool area. Very peaceful. Com portable rooms. Friendly english speaking staff.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a wonderful stay The hotel has a lovely ranch like atmosphere and is set in lovely grounds on the border of the marshes and bar being eaten by mosqoitoes(tiger) is lovely. Two swimming pools, a spa, great restaurant serving really good French food with a fine menu. Lovely bedrooms with... More

This hotel is extremely comfortable with good facilities, private parking and very friendly staff. It is well situated for all parts of the regional park and only a short walk from Saintes Maries centre.

The serenity and peace surrounded me the moment I walked through the doors of this beautiful hotel. It is located just outside the town, nestled on the edge of the lagoons, perfectly placed. The attention to detail is wonderful and it embraces the essence of the carmargue. The staff are attentive and gentle - extremely helpful and thoughtful. My room... More

For those wanting a slice of Gallic charm, be warned that this German run hotel is about as French as a bratwurst! Nevertheless I was enchanted by the website and booked a one night stay for myself and my 87 year old mother through booking.com in a first floor superior room overlooking the pool and marshes costing 195 euros (without... We've been before in this place and booked the same room as before (confirmed it twice specifically by mail), on arrival although they couldn't give us the room...they proposed us finally an upgrade to a suite after having shown us some other rooms which didn't suit. Obviously not much to say on the room, mangio fango remains a nice small... More

Set amidst the lagoons of the Camargue on the outskirts of the town the loudest sounds were quacking ducks. The centre of town, only a 10 minute walk away, offers a large selection of tourist shops an restaurants. There is no problem parking in the large secure car park. We had a large modern room in the first floor overlooking... More

We stayed one night at the Mangio Fango and were given a lovely room with view on the garden / marsh. The room design is low key but of excellent taste and quiet charm, with all the amenities expected from a 4-start hotel. The staff (reception & restaurant) is very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of tips on... More

Delightful hotel I have stayed in several times. The somewhat depressing road outside belies the little oasis of comfort that is the Hotel Mangio Fango. Very comfortable rooms, very good food for en pension menus, and really lovely breakfasts. Above all, the charming staff in the hotel itself make visitors feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Very quiet, nice... More
