The Hotel Clair is a cute little hotel in a not exactly charming area. The rooms are clean and an excellent value for the money. Parking at the hotel is tight. Some of the simple rooms are actually duplexes, with a loft for the bed and living area. Breakfast is very nice; the croissants are some of the best that I've had. Free wireless internet is available. All in all, a charming and quaint little place. I highly recommend staying here if you have the misfortune to find yourself in Martigues. Also, it's apparently the only hotel which you can check into after 10pm!
