Location is ok. Service was extremely poor. The owner and his wife should definitely change jobs as they apparently do not appreciate having clients. The rooms are simple, clean but do not ask for a room with see view as it is very noisy.

Location good to stroll into centre of town, rooms a little dated , however, it was value for money, esp as we hadn't booked in advance, breakfast adequate, parking available , (a huge bonus) reception service good, receptionist had great English and was very helpful and chatty, view from balcony, (just.., of the ocean) restaurants and shops close to walk... We stayed in 2 adjacent rooms with kids; rooms were simple, clean and with balconies. Just what we wanted for a few days on the beach - don't expect to be attracted back there during the day! Breakfast was adequate with lots of coffee and bread available. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and a few shops. My... More

Parking limited but otherwise no negative comments. Absolutely everything else can be classified as anywhere in between very good and excellent. My Wife & I really enjoyed our four night stay. The best nearby restaurant (both on quality and price) is "Sirenes" on the beach and opposite the Spar supermarket. Open all day but the evening dinner service starts at... More

This was great - it's less Le Lavandou and more Cavallion but it's right opposite the lovely, sandy beach (50yards across the road!) and near 2-3 restaurants. There's a small car park but if that's full there's a decent amount of set back, on street parking which was what we used. The room was quite quirky in it's decoration but... More

We spent same days at this hotel in Cavaliere. It is a two star hotel simply, clean and, as read before in tripadvisor, if you ask a room on second or third floor, you will have a beautiful view of the sea. Cavaliere is a small village but you can find supermarket, same restaurants, bakers and all the necessary. In... More

I can echo the comments made by the earlier reviewer. This is is a very pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The decor of the bedrooms is simple but very imaginative. There is a very comfortable lounge, and the public areas generally are much better than might be expected from a 2* hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Hotel Cap Nagre in the summer of 2004. Fairly simple accommodations, but a nice location literally across the street from the Mediterrean Sea. If you get a second or third floor room with a sea view, you get a great view from the balcony. Cavaliere is just a small seaside village with several informal restarants and... More
