Great location, ideal for walking to restaurants, bars, and the beach. Great balcony overlooking the marina. Very modern hotel (for Europe) with AC (not all that common in Le Lavandou) and modern electronics. Excellent staff who were quite helpful and spoke English. No Resturant, but breakfast and coffee are served in the am.

Stayed two nights. Great hotel – helpful staff, very clean, good sized room (26), very comfortable kingsized bed. Excellent shower and nice balcony with effective double-double glazing which as others have said reduced outside noise to almost nothing. Efficient air conditioning. Pleasant views across the harbour and a bonus display of fireflies around the streetlights at night! Close to port... More

we chose le lavandou for a one-night stay on our way to st.tropez in order to save money, stay at st.tropez would have been too expensive. and we were surprised to see a comfortable room with huge balcony and everything we needed. the receptionist was responsive, the parking included in the price. we were satisfied and glad we had made... We stayed three nights at this hotel and our room was quiet and had a great view over the harbour and towards the beach. Room design was contemporary with no particularly outstanding features. There are two sliding, double glazed doors leading out onto a small deck/verandah and when these were closed there was no noise to be heard from the... More

This hotel is a small modern boutique hotel, 200m to the beautiful beach at Le Lavandou and just a couple of minutes gentle stroll from the main restaurants and shops. On arrival all the free parking spaces were taken so we opted for the €10 per night pay parking, the receptionist was polite, friendly and welcoming and assisted with this.... More

Le Lavandou is a charming little town, the capital of the district of Var, and a delightful interlude between Marseille and St. Tropez. We spent two nights in the suite (the biggest room in the hotel) and although the elevator only goes to the second floor and we were on the third, aside from the very small difficulty of muscling... Clean and fresh rooms sirectly at the beach at a VERY attractive price We did not have breakfast at the hotel, much better alternatives aling the beach We enjoyed an air condition well in order and clean bathroom. Me and my wife would be happy to return next summer The village is quite with no heavy traffic, reasonably cheap restaurants... More

The Hotel Baptistin is a great little Hotel in a nice little town. It is located at the end of the promenade and is in walking distance of everything. The hotel is small and has three floors of rooms that are a standard European size. There was cable TV with one or two English channels. The Air-conditioning work well in... More

We stayed 2 nights here in mid-January, and the hotel was everything we wanted. Location is excellent - very close to the town centre, shops, restaurants, beach, etc. The room (also no. 26) wasn't large, although the terrace was - very sunny but a little cold in January! View over the harbour good, and no noise (very good double glazing... More
