excellent hotel with much appreciated coffee making facilities, virtually on the coastal walking paths and near to shops etc. Clean and friendly, still some bedding in problems e.g. wifi connections, still building, but they warned us about that and it did not disturb us, though it would have been nice if the pool had been finished. Noise levels surprisingly acceptable!

Probably one of the best three start hotel with very comfortable rooms, pleasant staff and good breakfast. Very nice view of Marina from the Windows. Must for all who wanted value for their money
