Nice hotel, plenty of carparking. Only minor pain was Wi Fi which dropped out as you walk out onto the patio as soon. Be careful when you leave/ arrive or you can take a wrong turn and end up half way to Royan before you find an exit to come back.
Easy to find on the edge of an industrial estate. Reasonable restaurant, have stayed there before and will do so again.
Hotel on ground and first floor. No lift. Ample parking. Food very good. Dinner great with a good choice of menu. Buffet breakfast also good with a good selection of fresh items. Directions on and A10 could be better.
Stayed just one night en-route from the Algarve Portugal to Devon England. Thanks for a good night and a very nice breakfast. Stayed just one night en-route from Portugal to England and enjoyed it pluss a hearty breakfast.
The hotel is on the outskirts of Saintes and a car is needed to visit the town. It is more of a leisure hotel than the usual Ibis as it has a swimming pool and a pleasant outdoor bar area. When we were there the weather was hot for early April and the staff responded by setting the outside tables...

The women on reception was rude and had bad attitude, could not be bothered to talk even though I was trying to do my best to speak in my above average French. I am a big fan of France and have stayed in many Ibis Hotels all over the country but will never return to this one.
