A remarkable efficiently run hotel, with all basic facilities and good accommodation. All well maintained and equipped with all a traveler needs. Well served breakfast buffet. Nice friendly staff, helpfully answering your questions. We stayed for two nights, thus good for more than a one night stop.

We stayed one night in the Relais Fasthotel in Saintes en route to southern France. The hotel is located just off the Nantes - Bordeaux motorway in a quiet commercial district. we were very pleased with the location of the hotel. Very quiet and away from the noise on the main road where other hotels were situated. staff were very helpful. a pleasant 15 min walk to the historical sites and shops in the town. a good stop over for our journey but would quite happily stay for the weekend too... More
