This Hotel is clean and tidy close to Futuroscope, but the staff are all stressed, some in the dinning area worked evening and breakfast shift for three days straight. The food was poor value, small portions ridiculous designer plates. Breakfast had chipped cups and teapots. The breakfast bread was handled by customers without covers, unhygienic had they washed their hands?

Our house in the Dordogne is 21/2 hours from this hotel so we very often make it a pleasant stop being just of the motorway and always the same good service & food.

Nice clean modern hotel with swimming pool. Good breakfast as at all Novotels. Although booking details said all the superior rooms had double bed and fold-out sofas, when we got there we had been allocated a room without sofa beds. The least impressive of the Novotels in France which we have stayed at. We loved the theme park and would probably stay here again at a push because the park is a little stroll away. Hotel was very easy to find from the motorway. Good, secure parking arrangements Reception could not speak any English, strange for a "International Theme park" hotel.
