This hotel was OK for one night as a cheap stopover, its close to the motorway on a retail park which has a Quick burger and a large Auchan supermarket. The hotel is very basic but was clean and had a good shower. For 35 euros I knew it would not be 5*.
Standard Etap value fare. This hotel is a little dated, and seems to have limited non-smoking options but is otherwise clean and simple. It's out of town so you'll need a car, but is near a Centre Commercial with supermarket and Flunch self-service restaurant. The McDonalds does a 'Brunch' which is an excellent value Breakfast option, better than the hotel.
