We were looking for a one-night stopover before continuing our journey south, and this hotel was perfect. In fact if we were staying in Calais we could happily have stayed there for several nights. Large rooms, huge bathroom with spa shower and jacuzzi bath, really helpful owner and lovely breakfast in a room leading onto the garden. Would definitely recommend. more

We stayed overnight at Le Cercle de Malines on our way back to England. Hidden a couple of streets back from the main street in Calais was this beautiful gem of a hotel. Stayed here en route to south of France and on our return journey. Chose the hotel from the description on the internet which convinced us to try this hotel for the first time and we were not disappointed. Although an old building, it has lots of charm with very modern toilet and shower facilities. The hosts were especially welcoming. more

We were pleased in every way with our stay. Our 15 year old daughter had a separate room - a shared bathroom between the two rooms which worked perfectly. Everything was clean and fresh and the toiletries an unexpected delight. The private, secure parking was a big plus for us as we were only staying overnight en route to Switzerland.... more
