Rooms are in a motel style, which was handy as we had big bags with us and the electric coolbox to lug in direct from the car. Good for stay for one night. There's free internet. Restaurant is renowated, dinner is ok but breakfast is lack of food totally. Years before was much more better. Now is too poor. There's free parking outside hotel. Near hotel there's nothing to see or to go. For better dinner have to go to the center. More

Great for getting head down before long drive as very close to ferry terminal and on a quiet road. Bed not too bed though did keep catching the light switch. Air con interferes with TV reception. Food in restaurant very nice but not much of it. Get a free glass of wine which was most welcoming. Staff attentive. More

This is a good over night stay, friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, secure car park and excellent new resturant, the food was good before, it is top class now. More

The room was very cramped and as there was 3 of us in the room we needed the 3rd bed. However this had to be pulled out from under another bed and it left no floor space to get to the bathroom! We decided against it so mum and daughter shared a single bed! The breakfast was extra and again... More

We arrived from Dover and easily found the Campanile which is only a couple of Km from the harbour. Check was quick and efficient; the room was identical to any other Campanile and dinner was typical. Have stayed here once/twice a year for the last 10 years and have seen a marked increase in cost and a decrease in service. Buffet dinner was sadly depleted - looked like it hadn't been filled up from lunch time, small amount of salmon especially. Have never used restaurant for breakfast so can't comment on that .
