On arrival late afternoon on 08/08/14 the reception was closed. Had to go next door to check in, was greeted by a very rude, arrogant horrible man there. Room dirty, sanitary towels in bathroom bin, tissues under bed, Someones old gone off shopping still in kitchen cupboard, not very nice at all. Just traveled across the south of UK and crossed... Stayed here for just 1 night whilst awaiting return to England. Good location for ferry port, but poor room. Carpet tiles on floor not stuck down, furniture worn and chipped. One window screwed shut and couldn't be opened. Room was 116 euros - did expect a bit more for money. Crazy golf course next to hotel was good fun

Bearing in mind that this is a budget hotel, it suited our requirements for a one night stay before ferry crossing to UK. Two adults and three teenagers over two room; one had a door separating the bunk beds and double bed, one did not. We were given rooms on the second floor and there is no lift. Rooms were... More

We booked to stay for one night after a long drive though France so that we could catch the Eurostar to England the next morning. We booked a family room as we had two toddlers with us. When we arrived we had to search for someone for 15 mins as there was nobody on reception. We then found out that... More

The hotel is convenient for a one night stay. The rooms are clean but need some serious renovating. The lobby of the hotel is very contemporary, but the rooms date back to the 1950's. The restaurant next door has good food. There is no air-conditioning and the rooms can get very stuffy. Not a hotel I would recommend for more... More

The hotel is perfect for one night. The rooms need renovating but are clean. Tea and coffee are in the room. The beach is over the road and only 5 minutes to the Eurotunnel. Breakfast is ok everything is there.

Hotel rooms have self catering vacillities to save on costly breakfasts but the fridge can be a bit noisey. Shower not very good, bed very hard, pillows limp & lifeless. The room was waiting for a refit, the carpet tiles kept moving & were a bit dated. Good location on sea front with good restaurant next door at sister hotel,... More

Parking is on site. Reception is in the adjacent hotel but there is someone in this hotel for check-out in the mornings. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic but comfortable and we slept well. The hotel next door has a restaurant serving until 22:00; we did not use this so can't comment on it. Breakfast... More

We use this hotel pretty often when we are travelling back to the UK. It has good sized rooms (with tea and coffee-making facilities, fridge, microwave - like a mini apartment) It is clean and comfortable and absolutely right on the beach (15 yards away) You can watch the cross-channel ferries beetling back and forth, back and forth endlessly (if...
