Badly needs redecorating, bed spread had cigarette burns, sink not fixed to the wall in the shower room. At least it had a car park. At 54 euros for the night, expensive for what you get and the quality, compared to other budget type hotels, Mister Bed, Formule 1 and the likes.

Close to Eurotunnel with large carpark - (not secure). Reception and Bar areas look like they are new. Accommodation areas beginning to look a little tired. Its cheap and handy for channel crossing points. Did not have breakfast so cant comment.

In need of redecoration. The bed spread had a number of cigarette burns in it and there was no soap in the bathroom. There wasn't even soap in the toilet near to reception and the restaurant for breakfast. It's a cheap hotel that doesn't offer good value.

Close to the town centre and ferry terminal and with a large, free car park, this hotel is fine for a night. The rooms are very small and lack wifi access; there is no lift. For the best of the local restaurants, turn right out of the hotel. Directly opposite is a friendly cafe, joined on to the railway station... More

So as you may have guessed - we got abandoned in the port. Our cab driver brought us here as we were in a bind with no trains and no buses available for some reason or another. We were 2 adults and 2 two teens so I had to get 2 rooms which were mostly connected, it worked out well... More

We needed a room on 24th May. Premier Classe was, we thought, reasonably priced and had availability. The reception staff were helpful, although there was a distinct smell of drains, they quickly produced towels, there was only one hand towel in the room, and gave us a map of the town and directions to the area to go to eat.... Fortunately we only had an overnight stay at the hotel but I would not recommend it. It was clean and had free parking but that is all I can say. While we were there groups of people were checking in at all hours and it was very noisey. Also, the bar and reception area had a faint smell of sewerage.... More

Nice receptionists, room was fine, paid 49 Euros, same price as the "Pacific" and a bit more than the "Bellefroi". Near to cafes and shops. Handy for the station too. No English TV channels which they had when it was the "Bonsai".

Not very impressed at all. The lady at reception tried to make me pay again even though I had paid at the time of booking. Our rooms were on the second floor so felt safe but were tiny and cramped. The shower curtain was grotty but everything else was clean. The worst thing was the smell of smoke throughout the... More

It's a pity that throughout the hotel everywhere including the room smells of smoke and noisy child in next room but very good value for money in an excellent location. would stay again especially at that price.
