Ideal Cross Channel overnight hotel clean, good service and a decent resturant. Will most certainly use again

Nice staff. When i asked for an extra pillow, the receptionnist immediately gave me one.She was very helpful and friendly. Restaurant and breakfast were exellent. our car broke down at this hotel in Calais and the staff were exceptional in assisting us. They gave us coffee whilst we waited for the breakdown recovery guy and gave us directions for a local garage. Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely people.

First impression of the location was very poor - but the friendly, efficient staff made a big difference. A convenient stop over for the ferry, easy to find, above average restaurant for a chain and friendly and competent staff. Let down by rather hard bed.
