We visited Amiens in order to spend time at the Australian War Memorial in Villers-Bretenneoux. The Camanile was well located to restaurants, the railway station and the staff were very professional with a strong use of English throughout the hotel for tourists. Rooms were large and comfortable with free wi-fi in the rooms. When it came to our visit to... More

Dear Guests, We are happy to have been helpful during your stay at the Campanile, we received a lot of australians people, and it is with emotion that we think that you are coming from so far away in memories of the ancients who battle on this land. I hope you will have the opportunity to come again to France... More

I was a little hesitant when I booked the hotel - hotels close to railway stations tend to be noisy. But not this hotel. The railway station is somewhere under ground and cannot be heard or felt. Service is professional and friendly (a professional staff should aways be friendly, eh?). All amenities in the room worked well - but I... More

Dear guest, Thank you for your nice comment This Campanile is a new construction and has a good protection against the noise. It is fine, you get time to visit our city, and I am sure you still have sites as the Hortillonnages and the Jules verne House to discover. See you soom With my best regards, Anne D More

Basic but clean and efficient accommodation. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Nice open lobby area. Bedroom basic but adequate with an excellent shower and comfortable bed. Free wifi and kettle (always welcome but not automatically available in France). Only downside was the breakfast which was limited in choice but okay otherwise. Beside rail station and within easy walk of the... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your nice comment, and I hope you had time to visit all the main attractions in Amiens as the Hortillonnages and the Jules Verne House. And we understand that we still have to improve service as breakfast. Best regards, Anne D More

We spent 3 nights here visiting Amiens and the WWI battlefields of the Western Front. From check in which was a breeze, to the really comfortable bed and pillows, to the delicious Mojitos at the bar, our experience was great. We had a king size bed on the 2nd floor, the railway station is right outside but the noise was... More

Stayed 2 nights here. 5 mins walk from the station and 10 mins from the Cathedral. Despite being so close to the station, it was very quiet. Lovely modern room. Nice restaurant and bar. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast - so much to choose from.

The hotel is right next door to the train station and is any easy walk to the centre of town and the Basilica. Over the years I have stayed in many hotels throughout the world ranging from 3 star to 5 star but I have never stayed in a hotel where the helpfulness and assistance of the staff has been... More

Dear Guest, We are happy to help more and more courageous cyclists (London to Paris is a bit too long for me). We also welcome a lot of bikers during summer, we can't put the motorcycles inside the hotel, but just in front of the hotel, under eyes of our night receptionnist (which is a biker as well). I hope... More

I was cycling from London to Paris, and stayed here for 1 night. The staff were very helpful, they stored my bike in a locked stairwell. The room was very clean, and comfortable, and very quiet, despite being near to the SNCF station. The breakfast buffet was good value, and food of high quality.

And we are always happy to do our best to help our clients to secure their bycicles. Maybe next time you will do the way back: Paris to London. Anyway I hope to... More

Our room was average size by European standards but adequate. There is not much hanging space or room for bags. The breakfast is OK if you get there early. Some people were told "no more bowls for cereal", although staff topped up the cereal containers. One coffee machine was out of order and the other broke down, leaving many frustrated.... More

Dear Sir, I am disapointed that you end your stay at our hotel with a bad impression. We had a lot of people at the same time for breakfast and we were overwhelmed for a moment. And I agree that you should not have to suffer from it. Even if this occur vere barely, your remarks are important, and we... More

This hotel is right next to the train station—a real plus when you have luggage. Staff members were pleasant. The room was functional and well-maintained but small. It did have a small counter/desk and a kettle for tea and coffee. Mattress is a bit firm. This third floor room faced a narrow street and a wall. A higher floor would... More

Dear Guest, I am pleased, you enjoyed our location and that our staff members were helpful. In the town center it is difficult to give to everybody the best view, but we will do our best next time, to give you a room at the top with a view on the Tour Perret, which is nice to see at night... More
