I really liked this hotel. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. I booked a standard double bedroom and it was neat and tidy. The bed was so so comfortable but the only downside was the shower. The shower head kept over balancing and falling over and had very little pressure. The wifi worked well and had good range... Built in 1870 this hotel is well situated in the centre of the city within a short walk down to the river Somme where you will find an incredible variety of great restaurants and bars. Our receptionist when we arrived was welcoming and extremely helpful with a very good command of English if you cannot speak French. The bedroom was of... More

A good looking hotel set away from a busy street. Car parking seems be be a bit difficult as we weren't aware that it could be booked, which you can do. They did find a space after a bit of discussion, seemed to make too much of doing it. Payable street parking is available close by but think it's time... More

To get to Amiens we caught a train because it looked as though the hotel was very close to the train station. It must have taken us all of 10 minutes to walk there with our luggage! It is a beautiful old hotel which they are refurbishing. We were lucky enough to be given a room which had just been... More

When we finally found the hotel we were a little disappointed. Located in the centre of the Mall it felt like it took an hour to find the sense of arrival is poor. Rooms were ok but needed refurb. Lots of meeting rooms not being used but a miserable little breakfast room with qua it furniture. Strange. Staff were friendly... More

Stayed here one night April 2015 . Hotel is in a great location . Parking for car in nearby streets . Door to bedroom very old didn't appear to be very secure . The bedroom was clean and ok , problem was very hot with no tempreture control in the room. Bathroom was clean but in serious need of updating.... More

The hotel is in a great location on the pedestrian mall and is close to the cathedral, the park shopping, and the train station. The building itself is an old-world charmer - high ceilings, carved wood, even a creaky stair to two! As with many older buildings in Europe, it does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided in... More

This Best Western, failed to perform, room was old, tired, needed some love & attention, and a good dose of cleaning. We stayed 4 nights, and never got clean towels during our stay. On the positive side the Reception Staff were good & helpful, but in saying that, couldn't recommend a restaurant or bistro, just saying they were down there, near... More

Having stayed in a number of Best Western hotels, I expected this one to be of a similar standard and was very disappointed. We booked a Superior Double Room and at first sight it was very good, then the facilities: The Loo was so small and that there was hardly room to sit in comfort, and I found it very... More

This hotel is is in a great location, but the interior is very shabby. The large room had a stained carpet, a mini bar which was unplugged and non-functioning, a ghastly pink bathroom with peeling paint and old vinyl floor covering. All the allure of an senior citizens retirement home.
