On Thursday 13th August 2009 at around 11.15 my teenage daughter was photographed/ filmed whilst showering in the sanitaire Block . She happened to look up at the end of her shower and saw a hand over the top of the shower partition holding mobile/camera (not sure which). This may have happened to other people without them knowing. She was... more

We took this incident extremely seriously and immediately investigated when it was reported to us. All team members at the parc were alerted (I’m sorry that you felt the sanitaire cleaners had not been told, but I can reassure you that they had) and we immediately increased the regularity of patrols past the block. The parc management team was contacted...

We stayed the two weeks 22nd of August until the 5th of September. We had read some good reviews (and some bad) about Bois Masson and decided to try it. It was without doubt the best holiday I had in years and my children loved it. To address the bad reviews I don't think Bois Masson is totally suit for... more

WE arrived on the 2nd August and stayed with Kelair. To be fair the Kelair rep was excellent and did his best. First problem was with the drainage. Having a shower we found that the tray was filling up 1 minute into it requiring the water to be turned off until the water slowly drained out. There was some major... more

Thanks for your feedback, I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. The accommodation you stayed in is owned by a tour operator called Kelair, so we will pass your comments on to them. The bucking bronco was a one-off attraction in August and very popular, and I’m sorry it was so disruptive for you. Any problems like this can be...

We travelled to Le Bois Masson Via the sea cat to Cherbourg and the journey was 5 hours to Le Bois Masson. We travelled with two young children and it made the journey much more bearable rather than coming from Calais. On arrival we were told where are pitch was as we were camping and it was very generous in... more

This was our first camping trip in France and after a VERY long drive from Calais (will spend the extra and do the St Malo crossing next time) we enjoyed a relaxing 11 night camping holiday with 3 children, aged 5, 6 and 12. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely large pitch for our... more

We stayed at Le Bois Masson for the second year running. Such a relaxing holiday, pleanty for the kids (aged 8 & 10) to do, they loved the Pirate & Barracuda Clubs, leaving time for relaxation. The Park itself is spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Entertainerment on a night was brilliant, the team work extremely hard and had... more

Overall a great park, The pool and toilet facilities were spotless at all times, and park was lovely and quiet at night. The park is really well located, close to the centre of town and the beach,as well as ample shops near by,also the forest close by was great to cycle or walk in. Just one thing the touring pitches are... more

Spent 8 nights in le Bois Masson with teenage children. Mobile home with kelair excellent however the campsite is only average. It could do with a bit of a tidy up and facilities only average. Area very good with lots of places to visit and plenty of glorious beaches. Havin already spent a week in Castel campsite in Carnac also... more

This was our first trip to a Siblu site having previously used Eurocamp and Keycamp and stayed in mobile homes. This year we were touring with our own camping gear and liked the idea of a site owned by the company rather than a mixed site. Overall, the site met with our expectations and was pretty much as described on... more

This is my opinion and that’s what everyone has to remember when reading these reviews, they are based on a snapshot of two weeks. The Camp looks tired, the Caravan was very clean and tidy, the situation where you are located seems to be pure luck, as a previous review mentioned, if you are near the “disco “you will hear... more
