Have just spent a wonderful three nights at this great hotel in this gem of a spa town. Much more than a 3 star, everyone friendly and helpful, beautiful and clean, lovely room overlooking the fountain and roundabout, nice breakfast and enjoyable evening meal - absolutely faultless!!

We were met in the car park by the very polite, friendly owner, who guided us into a parking space. We were taken to our room which was beautifully clean and decorated. As we run our own B&B where we try to deliver excellence we tend to expect the same quality and service when we travel and can be rather hyper-critical of other hotels and B&Bs that do not make the effort. We did not stay at this hotel, although for some reason the restaurant is not listed separate. However Bistrot Gourmand found downstairs int he hotel is excellent food, service and amazing value for money.
