Good is the free coach parking in front of the hotel. At arrival with Japanese group the porter was not there so we have to take our own luggage inside and upstairs. Mediocre choice at breakfast, but good coffee and croissants. Hotelroom very noisy on the street side and you can hear other guests slamming doors and talking. Close to... More

Though I can speak neither English nor French, there was no problem in this stay because of good hospitality. There were so many Japanese traveler because a big Japanese travel agency introduces this hotel to Japanese. Japanese uses a lot of water at shower time because of their culture. So, it run short of hot water at soon. I couldn't... More

Value for money, Closest to Mont St Michel and the buses, lovely breakfast. room was clean but basic. They just need to sort out the code for people that have booked in as we had to go use a biscuit shops phone to call to get the code to enter. Went there June 2013

This is a little bit less than the quality of a Super 8 in the US except there are no waffles. The rooms are very basic and the washroom is like an afterthought whereby they took them out of a motorhome and placed it on the floor. Its um, interesting. The room was basic, clean, staff were really helpful. The... More

Value for money. Nice Hotel located in a very strategic point. Restaurant and service in the hotel was quite good. Bathroom reminds me other small hotels that I was before. It is OK for 2-3 days. Recommended

We booked a room in this hotel in February for our trip in September. I tried to get information from the hotel by emailing three times from my personal account, once from Booking.com web page, and once directly from Booking.com. I called for the same information and they hung up on me. They have a cancellation policy that states that... More

We have stayed at the Hotel de la Digue before -- 20 years ago -- and it was fine. This time, it was terrible. Our room was tiny with an even tinier bathroom, smaller than anything we've experienced on cruise ships. Wallpaper was peeling, and we could only open the bathroom door all the way by moving the bed. The... More

We visited Mont-Saint Michel this past July 2013, and stayed 1 night at La Digue. Although the room itself was acceptable, the staff's attitude towards us was not. In order to get to the main street where the hotel was located, we needed a security code to drive onto that road - we were never informed that we needed this... More

This hotel is an example of what not to do when running a hotel. Having arrived at the hotel mid-afternoon, we were told that our rom would not be ready until 4:00 p.m. The front desk reception was surly and unhelpful. The room was very small, with a broken lamp and smelling of smoke and stale oil. While we did... More

This hotel is terrible. Worst nights sleep in a long time. It feels like you are staying in a school camp with very thin walls, terribly uncomfortable bed and flimsy pillows. It is very noisy. You can hear the front door bang closed every time it is used even from our room which was down the first floor corridor. Our... More
