OMG! That was such an expensive breakfast! And it did not live up to the reputation. The staff was very unfriendly and far from welcoming. I wish I had spent my money elsewhere. I ate at the restaurant on the Eiffel Tower, which was also extremely expensive but far more enjoyable!

The hotel is located on the island, right inside the old walls. We were given good instructions to reach the carpark and enter a code to park. The shuttle was very close by and we got on and left for the island straight away. It was a couple of minutes walk from where the shuttle dropped us off to the... More

Loved being on the island. Having the morning and the evening to wander without the crowds is ideal. The room was on the top floor and faced the water - but the main part of the hotel really faces the land bridge and is right at the main entrance to the city. The hotel is the first building as you... More

We checked this off our list but this is a tourist attraction that was disappointing for me. I ordered one of their famous omelette a that was not as good as my own. It's just fluffy and large. My husband had the salmon with chopped eggplant and bell peppers and liked it. It was 38 euros and mine was 39... More

Very good location, but you for sure should stay on island at night! otherwise you can't feel everything magic atmosphere of this incredible place). Only night and morning are worth to be there). Famous omelet in restaurant was very tasty (especially process of cooking)! But wine is too expensive everywhere! Just cider and calvados are worth to taste)

The hotel was so charming!! After our long journey I was really glad it was the first hotel! We also had a lovely dinner in their restaurant. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I had wished the had screens though because the flies were unbearable. We had to keep the windows open because there is no a/c. Luckily it... More

Friendly staff and massive room looking out to the bay! It is the first hotel as soon as you get off the shuttle bus. The room was very nicely decorated. Huge bathroom also nicely done up. We even had a small sitting room and it was nice to sit there and sip coffee (there is a nespresso machine in the... More

Stopped at Mon-St-Michel to view this lovely site. A 3 hour stop over turned into a overnight stay. We had to admire the attraction and experience the warm welcome that we received. It was never to much trouble for any person who worked there, no matter how busy they were. The La Mere Poulard was a wonderful hotel along with... More

We stayed here for two nights, in April 2015 and we had a huge room, overlooking the bay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well. There was a Nespresso machine in our room ( with 3 pods), but sadly no tea ( that was the only very minor downside). The room had... More

We had room 32, overlooking the mont - I did not expect all the space. Staff were so friendly & nothing was too much to ask for. Comfy bed & a bath, so spacious. This was my first trip to Paris and Mont St Michel was a surprise destination chosen by my husband. We ate in the restaurant and sampled... More
