An absolute gem of a find. We booked in as an overnight stopover to catching shuttle, but will definitely return for a longer break.

It is a lovely rural quiet location, the hotel, a restored 14th century farmhouse and part of a working farm is approached from a long driveway. There are 10 en-suite bedrooms which are individually decorated and some have their own table and chairs in the courtyard outside their room.

We were given a very warm welcome and shown to a large room with traditional French furnishings, and welcome tray with kettle, milk, tea and coffee. It had a lovely ensuite bathroom, with twin wash basins, hairdryer and nice selection of toiletries. All spotlessly clean.

There were two beautiful old-style dining rooms with open fireplaces, food and service was superb. The Ferme uses many products fresh from the farm.

Breakfast is between 8.30 and 10 and is a leisurely experience with fresh croissants, toasts and breads with cheese... more
