Nice little good value hotel situated within walking distance of most of the local sights. Room was basic but clean, staff spoke English very well, which although shouldn't be expected, was very welcome. We paid a bit extra for breakfast which was continental and fairly good. The hotel is right next door to a Patisserie which sold fantastic goodies.

This is a clean and basic two star hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Everything is within walking distance, from the old walled town, to restaurants and shops. The hotel doesn’t have a car park, but the public car park next door was well lit and safe, with a further underground car park just around the corner. Parking charges are... More

A lot of money for a very small and basic room. Had to pay an additional six euros each for our two small dogs. The hotel is situated in a rundown area of town with views of tower blocks from the room. The room was reasonably clean. There is no free parking in the area although there is anunderground car... Surprised by your comment indeed € 70.00 for a double room is the average price of a two-stars in France, less than in England for the same level of service. As for the price for your dogs, it is justified given that the maid spent a half hour of overtime to suck the hair of your beloved animals, think about... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night breaking up our journey to the Chanel Tunnel. We had travelled from St Hilaire Du Maine and by the time we got thee it was 9pm and this was the first hotel we came across. The man on reception was very friendly and showed a couple of us the rooms, just literally... More

Basic hotel but very welcoming. We stayed for one night last year when we were travelling through on my partners motorbike. The woman even went one step further who dried out our trousers when we got caught out by the rain. Definitely recommend. The local food and especially the bakery next door is superb :)

We stayed 1 night in a weekend of July. Don't expect free parking, you're at the center! After friendly welcome at reception we got room 6 (triple bed) which was clean and tidy, 2 beds and extra crib for baby at our request. Shower was clean and small, and the street is very noisy, even with closed windows. Best thing... More

Greeted on arrival by Madame & Monsieur who were excellent hosts. Our room was on the 2nd floor (no lift) small room but adequate with a good double bed extremely clean with 2 chairs & a table; shower & toilet ensuite. Very good standard of neutral decor much better than we had expected. We had a balcony with a small... More

We arrived for one night on our way back to the EuroTunnel. Having stayed at the Hotel Du Golf in Deauville, maybe the culture change was too much but we were surprised having read TA reviews at how basic the hotel was. The welcome was friendly and efficient, the room (no.9) was clean and well maintained but it's basic stuff... More

This is our 2nd stay here. We specifically wanted to stay here again. Great vfm, with lovely staff. Our family room was a bit cramped but vfm. Having tea and coffee making in the room was a great touch. We discovered its very close to Boulogne Tintelleries rail station, so good for day trips. Will use again.

Found the hotel by chance and was very pleased with the stay. Friendly family-like atmosphere, kettle with tea and coffee in the room, everything perfectly clean and a good breakfast. The rooms are small and bathrooms tiny, but comfortable nonetheless. Positives: very comfortably located, close to the old town; quiet, friendly, with fine breakfast, working wifi. Negatives: no parking, must... More
