We stayed for one night only. Basic old fashioned hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were exceptionally clean and provided everything we needed, comfortable bed, nice bathroom facilities, there is a lift which helps getting bags to the room. Very good for this class of hotel, good value. Location couldn't be better right in the central square and... More

The hotel and their breakfast was basic but good value in the heart of Arras. The room was well appointed and comfortable - we enjoyed our stay. Parking is possible in the Grand Place after 7 pm but cars must be paid for after 9am. Plenty of good local restaurants in the city centre.

This must be at least the fifth time we have stayed at this hotel on a battlefield tour of the Western Front. The hotel is very reasonably priced (single occupancy of a double-bedded room with breakfast for four nights cost 350 Euros). The rooms are small but comfortable with small en suite and a TV plus free Wi-Fi. The breakfast... More

Stayed here for three nights no complaints. Room service was good we ordered coffee on two occasions and it was better than any of the local cafes. We were able to park our motorbike in the underground car park near the hotel.

Great situation for seeing the city. We were warmly welcomed by madam and given a room at the back of the property which had a view of an alleyway and was rather small. I asked if we could change and we ended up in a family room overlooking the square - fantastic! We only paid a few euros more for... More

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the last few years and don't hesitate to recommend it. The location is spectacular; it is excellent value for money especially if you are travelling with a family and require a family room and the breakfast is lovely. The owner is very welcoming and there are good places to dine very... More

I always struggle with hotel reviews because you get what you pay for and I'm never sure whether to rate a place in absolute terms or whether to rate it in relation to what it cost. On the basis of cost its very good - we paid about €90 for a family room to sleep 5. Which considering the near-Christmas... More

Right on the square , this is the oldest building in town . Very reasonable (60€) extremely clean recently refurbished hotel . Obviously not the last word in luxury for that price you would not expect it but very very acceptable . Pleasant decor , everything functioned well , comfortable bed (standard size) . Our room was at the back... More

We had booked a room overlooking the Grande Place - we were able to open the window to air the room and enjoy the magnificent view. Very small room and tiny shower room. The shower itself was really just a weak jet of water (rather like a hose), the loo was a separate cubicle by the door. TV worked but... More

Located right on the main square (Grand Place) of Arras, Hotel les 3 Luppars (Leopards) was a very pleasant place to stay. Elevator to all floors (not always found in smaller hotels in Europe), spotlessly clean and well maintained, my wife and I found this a very agreeable base for our four nights in Arras. Our room was quite large,... More
