Hotel is in a great location for town centre-owner very helpful. Room small but clean and good bathroom. Although right on main square no noise. No parking but lots of public parking nearby. Excellent breakfast

Small hotel with small dirty shabby room & bathroom. Located in one of the main squares so if you want to get to sleep before 0230 hrs it is very noisy from local entertainment & church bell tower close by. Wifi did not work in room Staff vey helpfully & nice, good breakfast.

-On the corner of the square-dead city centre -tall and narrow old building -steep stairs to accommodations & extremely narrow access to rooms -very very thin walls & hence very noisy from adjoining rooms-including doors slamming, TV noise & talking-etc = all easily heard -small, basic and quite tired looking rooms-however functional, including comfortable bed, TV with several English speaking... This is a very small hotel next to the Town Hall. The welcome was beyond expectation, we were offered free tea and coffee until 10PM. The room, although small, was neat and clean. The breakfast was also beyond expectations with fresh bread, meats, cheese, cereal , fresh fruit (even Cherries!). This was a very good find.

Old character hotel in the middle of Arras. Room was "cosy" but bed comfortable and bath/shower were fine. Shower gel/lotion replaced every day also clean towels. Had room facing square, but with window shut didn't hear a thing. I think clock stops chiming about 11 pm and doesn't start again until 7 am but with so much choice of good... More

The best thing about the hotel is its location facing the main square in Arras. It's only 2star and is in need of some investment. Rooms are small ,although the shower in our room (7) was one of the best we have had anywhere for its power and temperature. Owner was a bit grumpy initially ( a la mr. Fawlty)... More

Wonderful location - right on the square overlooking the town hall. Exceptionally welcoming and helpful manager. Very friendly atmosphere. A great stay overnight on our way travelling south - comfortable, clean. Small rooms, but bed a good size. Great range of complimentary toiletries, and complimentary welcome drinks in the bar. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking... More

In the centre of town, this hotel is a good night-stop. Reasonable price, clean and comfortable rooms but small. It is in an old town house so on several floors with no lift if this is a problem for you. The owner (we assumed) seems a bit gruff at first, but is professional and can crack a smile if pushed.... We stayed here in March 2014, using it as a base to visit a WW1 War Grave. I had asked for soya milk to be available for breakfast and it was. Also, the owner was able to loan us two bicycles, which we used to visit the War Grave - and these were top class cycles in well maintained condition.... More

W stayed with Phillipe for a night after a WW1 Battlefield Tour In September. Located in a cobblestoned square in the centre of town it was well appointed and quaint. Its a small hotel with a very obliging proprietor who made sure he was ready to welcome us in at about 10pm after the tour. We had a neat little... More
