We would highly recommend Hotel Diamant. The staff are very helpful and speak fluent English. It is located right on the square and is very convenient to all the shops and restaurants. The breakfast was the best we had throughout France. We would return to this hotel in a heart beat. more

This small traditional hotel has a splendid location on the 'place des heros'. The rooms are small but adequate. The service was friendly and the breakfast was OK. Take the 'patron's' advice on where to eat. Parking is fairly easy given that it is right in the centre of town but you have to pay (modestly) for it. more

I agree with other contributors. The Diament is THE place to stay in Arras.The proprietor cares about his hotel and his customers and it shows. Saturday night was noisy but closing the window cut most of it - and the crowds went home before too long. Parking was a challenge as we arrved about 9pm but we managed it! more
