Superb little hotel, with all the amenities (and more) one would want from a European two-star hotel. Situated in the best location in town, right in the middle of the stunning Place des Héros. Rooms are compact but have all the amenities one needs - ample lamps, desk, chair, nightstand, closet and drawer space; beds are reasonably comfy; bathrooms have new modern fixtures and ample space. Even being right across from the town bell tower, the hotel is very quiet because of the double glazing on the windows. Best of all are the proprietor and the breakfast. The breakfast buffet, as others have noted, is delicious, with lots of local products (really outstanding croissants from the bakery down the street). And the proprietor is extremely charming and gracious. He is happy to speak English with Anglophone guests, and is genuinely nice.
