With its classic and spacious rooms .Sitting on the other side of the square from the station it gives one easy reach to day trips to Paris and Brussels and many smaller towns. The history and eligance of Arras within a short walk ,Secure underground parking beside the hotel, which is easy accessed after dropping your luggage at the hotels reception... More

We were somewhat alarmed by some of the negative reviews of this hotel, but we found nothing to complain about. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with an enormous bed. The hotel has an early twentieth century charm, with art nouveau features throughout.. The corridors are a little tired, but the rooms and public areas are very clean. The... More

Arras was the last leg of this year's battle field tour and the accommodation was splendid at this hotel. Definitely recommend it: huge double and triple beds in a suite; nice restaurant for continental (only) breakfast and the staff were really nice. No parking at the hotel but you can get a token (for 8 euros) from the hotel and... More

Stayed here one night with 3 pals on our annual WW1 trip. Huge room (49 top floor) and piping hot water (although shower head was a bit knackered) and 2 huge double beds. More like a suite. Really quiet. Very nice staff. Breakfast was fine, but not special with no hot food offer other than boiled eggs and toast (hence... More

Stayed one night as part of a WW1 pilgrimage. Good location on a large square, opposite the main railway station but we were not disturbed by noise. Lovely large room with a huge bed. The hotel somewhat passed its prime but everything worked. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Ate in the hotel restaurant during the evening. Grilled tuna and... More

Great location if you are doing a tour of WWI battlefield sites. Stayed 3 nights in October 2014. Easy drive from Ypres, Belgium after Menin Gate last post. Expected a European style hotel and weren't disappointed. Close to train station so can be somewhat noisy but ask for a higher floor room. Can be described as 'faded grandeur' but clean... More

Stayed here for a long weekend. Rooms are large with huge beds. Very nice continental breakfast. Free internet is always a plus. Hotel may be just past it's prime, but it was clean, everything worked, it's in a convenient location and is great value for the money. Parking for car underground for 8 euros a night was very easy and... More

We have stayed at this hotel twice - once in 2011 and again in June 2014. The first time we were pleasantly surprised with our room - it was very large and quite clean. During our most recent stay we noticed immediately that the hotel was not as well looked after as before. Our room was facing the train station... More

We stayed at this Hotel for four nights and loved every minute of it. It has wonderful art nouveau feel about it, and we slept in the biggest bed ever! Very convenient location, just across from the station. The restaurant has been nominated for a Michelin star, we had a superb meal there. Arras is a lovely city and is... More

Stayed for two nights in two double rooms (47, 48) with friends in Sept 2015. Always use Tripadvisor to research and was a bit concerned about some previous negative reviews on this hotel. Have no fears. Both rooms were clean, large and comfortable. Décor was old fashioned, I would say nice character. Bed was very large and very, very comfortable.... More
