A beautiful setting in rugged countryside, with the best sunset that I have seen in France. The rooms look out over the rolling hills and are stylish and modern. We've stayed here twice. Whilst it's in the 'middle of nowhere' it's totally worth a hundred mile detour anytime ! A family business which is very professional but friendly, we were offered a tour of the kitchens in the morning on our first stay.
