A friend recommended that we go there when she learned that we were planning to visit the Gorges du Tarn. My husband and I had a lovely time there and will recommend it to all our friends and acquaintances. more

Fantastic. The Chateau could not be located in a more beautiful place and is a delight to behold. Our suite was lovely, tastefully decorated and had great views. The service in the dining room was excellent and the staff on reception extremely welcoming. The food was excellent, with a number of nice touches from the chef. The rate of exchange... more

The chateau is in a dream setting - by the banks of the Tarn in the stunning gorge. It is a classy place and really has the atmosphere of an old castle. Our bedroom the Anne was small but very well- furnished and overlooking the car-park. Other more expensive rooms overlooking the gorge itself would be worth the extra. We... more

You can't fault the location of this hotel. The Gorge is stunning. Our room was large and confortable but would have benefitted from some armchairs, often lacking in hotels. The facilities were all excellent. The chateau was a wonderful experience. Our only complaint was that we had beef at dinner. Cooked perfectly, a point, but i don't expect steak at... more

The brochure of Chateau de la Caze looked fantastic and I couldn't believe that the reality would be even better but it was! The location is absolutely stunning and our room Loyse on the first floor of the chateau had breathtaking views over the Tarn Gorges. All the staff spoke English and were incredibly helpful. This is a real fairy-tale... more

We were told the setting is specatcular, the rooms good and the food wonderful. The setting is specatcular, our room was huge and comfortable but the food! This was to be a special treat: instead we had lamb cutlets which were virtually inedible (one was burnt, the other undercooked!), fish which was mushy and vegetables cooked within an inch of... more

We've had a busy year as owners of holiday cottages in Cornwall and really needed our holiday in France (mainly visiting friends) to get off to a relaxing start ! We were not disappointed. Everything about the Chateau was first class. The food was amazing, the staff charming, Sandrine an excellent hostess and our suite (in the Barn) very comfortable.... more

A really friendly, luxurious family run hotel where nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The highlight of our touring holiday in France. We stayed in the Annexe simply because we booked too late in the year for a room in the main castle. We thought this was great, in contrast to the other comments here - the room... more

We stopped off here for one night out of a weeks travelling, and found it hard to tear ourselves away. Definately the highlight of our trip, a delightful experience. There are a wide range of rooms, I suggest you check / negotiate before booking, must be in the castle. Ours was on the 2nd floor, nothing special with regard to... more
