We turned up here at 3.30pm after a long, hot, pollen-filled day cycling and were initially unimpressed that the hotel is closed until 4.30. The door to our ensuite didn't actually shut. When told of this, the owner although moved us, just commented that nobody else had complained about it over the past two years.
