I'm afraid this is possibly one of the worst stays I've had anywhere. The room was booked for me by afriend who lives in Beziers and I stayed for 9 nights. Where do I start? The room was in a poor state: chipped, cracked and missing floor, sink and shower tiles, bedding not changed during my stay, towels changed on... more

hotel looked ok from the outside, no parking facilities, very very tatty on entering, the receptionist was very polite, the en suite room was awful, cigarette burns on the thread bare carpet and on the bed sheets, the bathroom had no lighting and appeared very un savoury, it felt so dirty and creepy we had to sleep with our clothes... more
