upon arrival the staff informed us that we have to park in the hotel car park for additional 6 euros. Our room was very smelly and we couldnt open the window. As we went to a bed we realised that the mattress was wet and the inside of duvet too.

Hotel was conveniently located near the city center. Free car park, but not available if checking in late. Room was adequate, but not updated recently. Great value for the price. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beziers.

After walking around Beziers which was nearly deserted by 6pm, we came across the Mercure Hotel. Very expensive at €140 per night and we just about gave up when the receptionist beckoned us to the side and told us to go next door to the Etap Hotel. We went there to find the same receptionist at the Hotel desk .... More
