We were so looking forward to staying here in a chilled, quiet pocket of France, which would serve to be a base for some travelling. We stayed at Hotel Le Cottage in July '2007. It is an oasis of peace and tranquility within the Argele area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. we stayed at Le Cottage in July and were very pleased with the hotel facilities, in particular the lovely pool. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, certainly a restful hotel. Our only quibble was the long walk to the beach, around 20-30mins walk in the heat is not so inviting. You can catch the little train to the beach... more

While the hotel is a bit in the outskirts (it's a fair walk to the beach, along an unattractive street), it's a heaven of peace both during the day and at night. A car is necessary IMO.
