It's a very simple and basic place, the odd thing is that the bed is a sofa bed and I had to sleep diagonally for my legs to fit. Breakfast was basic. Nothing especial. Shower small but ok. Reasonable price.

It's a great place to stay if you have the right expectation. It's more like a hostel rather than a hotel, but breakfast is provided though I did not eat there. The staff works only for the day and leaves the reception locked and you have to be cautious of the arrival time for key pick up and arrangement for... More

Stayed 2 nights with our 7yr old granddaughter. In every other way it was exactly what we hoped for. However, it should have been 3 nights stay but we arrived late and the key wasn't in the key box as had been agreed. Had to stay elsewhere the first night (not so bad for us as we have family in... We rented 2 appartements for our family of 5. Clean, good beds, affordable lodging, receptionist calling twice to confirm time of meeting for handing out the keys, what can you ask more. Well in fact you can: the blankets were made of this terrible cheap, typical French, industrial wool. These could easily be replaced by German duvet. The neighborhood doesn't... More

We stayed here for 2 nights (3 adults + baby), travelling by car from Le Havre. It took a couple of hours but was very easy to get to. Our first problem on arrival was parking - there is underground parking but it needed to reserved (which we didn't know). There is limited free parking outside the hotel, and the... More

I have been there for two nights with my daughter: they give you an apartment with free wi-fi, a kitchen provided with everything you need to cook, a living room, TV, bedroom and restroom. They give you only a big towel each, so I think they should increase towels number. On weekends they don't give breakfast, but nearby there are... More

very simple and straight forward. no fancy things, carpets or wall papers nor paintings. all painted in white. cheapest possible furniture and hard beds with small pillows. naked decoration. but 2 room and spacious. itś actually a small apartment with a little kitchen and fridge to make your own breakfast. low price of 70 euro and can accomodate 4 persons so... I decided to stay at the Residence Serena while visiting a friend who lives nearby. This is something I do most years and I had simply had enough of the basic, unremarkable, faded and not particularly clean experience you get at THE hotel round the corner (you'll know which one I mean). That was a great idea! For less than... More
