It was the worst hotel I ever been. Room very dirty and horrible. I was shocked to see it.. I did not feel safe and definitely not a family enviroment. The photos do not match the reality. It doesn't seem that you actually are in a hotel at all. I will never ever return to that place. It is a... More

Truly a horrible experience. Bad Hotel, Dangerous part of town! When the taxi driver insists on watching you walk the 10m from the drop off to the front door, you know if you are in the wrong neigborhood. The rooms were dingy, the bathrooms dirty, the towels stained and threadbare. No deadbolt on the door and we had a laptop... More

This 'hotel' is like a student dormitory, but much less friendly. Our 'double room' had three tiny single beds and was extremely cold (despite having set the heating to the max!). I never experienced such a low level of comfort before. If you have to stay for business in the St. Denis area, look for a hotel in a nicer... More

The area is very dangerous...even the taxi driver said that he would wait for me to enter the hotel door before going. The place is run down to an extreme. The room door could only be open by outside by kicking it in and from inside by pointing a foot against the wall. The room was minuscule with no space... More

This is a terrible hotel. The rooms are tiny, the doors have no deadbolt locks and some are hard to open and close, it is only marginally clean, and when my laptop was stolen out of the locked suitcase in my room (I assume an inside job) the manager couldn't be bothered to even talk to me. Do not stay... More

On reading the previous reviews of this hotel and the area i was extremely worried about what i would find when we arrived. In terms of the area it is not one which i would stay in again, there are alot of local people around and it is a very busy place but i still did not feel 100% safe... More

Had to be in the area for work, booked the hotel based on price. Little did we know this was, according to local police, the most dangerous city in France! We were robbed while sitting in a nearby cafe. Thieves burst in, grabbed my bag off the table and ran away. While filing a police report, they told us there... More

When we arrived there was this almighty argument going on between a staff member (who ignored our arrival) and a guest, who was accused of not having paid for something. It was loud and intimidating. Whilst this was going on no-one came to check us in; we had to wait 25mins. for a receptionist to appear. When we went and... More

We travelled with a group and we got quadruple rooms almost for free since it's Paris that we're talking about. It's a 25 minute subway ride to downtown Paris. The area around the hotel didn't look completely safe, but that could be said about a significant number of neighborhoods around Paris. There are two fast food restaurants across the road.... More

Pervious reviewers have been accurate. It is a poor hotel in a rough area of Paris. The rooms have 1960's boarding school single beds (which uncomfortable lumpy mattresses) with no decor, carpets or furniture and a tiny shower. We tried a beer in the reception (draught Stella) which was undrinkable (but refunded) and the coca cola from the fridge was... More
